This policy includes a dedicated section governing the acceptable use of Amazon APIs and Amazon Information.
The following is the policy of Multiskills LLC, doing business as OneDayBundle ("OneDayBundle", "we", "us", "our") regarding products for which OneDayBundle will (or will not) provide fulfillment services ("Product Policy"). We may change this Product Policy in accordance with Section 3.11 of our Terms of Service. The current version of this Product Policy will be on our website here, and any revised Product Policy will be effective as of the date stated in the notice provided under Section 3.11. This Product Policy forms part of our Terms of Service ("Terms"), which is available here. In the event of any conflict between this Product Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail.
You agree to use our fulfillment services ("Services") according to this Product Policy and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that carriers, insurance policies, destinations, and jurisdictions may have additional limitations, prohibitions, or fees beyond those of this Product Policy, for which you are solely responsible.
Prohibited products
The following products are prohibited:
Child exploitation: Products that exploit or abuse children, including, but not limited to, images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present children in a sexual manner.
Hateful, violent, or discriminatory content: Products that promote hate, violence, or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, or veteran status.
Illegal activities: Products that contravene, or that facilitate or promote activities that contravene, the laws or regulations of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business or to which your product is to be shipped or stored, including the jurisdictions in which our warehouses are holding any of your products in inventory.
Intellectual property: Products that infringe or may infringe on the patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
Counterfeit Goods and Enforcement Policy: OneDayBundle strictly prohibits the storage, handling, or distribution of counterfeit goods through its fulfillment services.
Upon receipt of written notification from Amazon, any brand rightsholder, or any competent law enforcement authority identifying a client account as having been associated with the sale, storage or distribution of counterfeit products, OneDayBundle may, immediately and without prior notice: (1) suspend all inbound and outbound activity on the client account and revoke technical access to the OneDayBundle platform; and (2) place a hold on all client inventory at our facility. We will promptly notify the client of the notification received.
If, within fourteen (14) calendar days, the client has not obtained and delivered to us a written withdrawal or resolution of the notification issued by the notifying party, we may terminate the client's account and all services and require removal of all inventory from our facility within a further fourteen (14) calendar days, at the client's expense. OneDayBundle has no obligation to evaluate, investigate or adjudicate the merits of the underlying allegation.
Any inventory not removed within that period may be disposed of in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 677.210, or destroyed where destruction is required by Amazon, a brand rightsholder, law enforcement, or applicable law, in each case at the client's expense and without liability to OneDayBundle. Storage and all other charges continue to accrue throughout any suspension and removal period, and we may withhold release of inventory until all outstanding charges are paid.
Malware: Products which contain or which are intended to transmit viruses or other malware, or which are designed or intended to illegally or in an unauthorized manner gain entry to, harm, or disrupt the data or operation of our or a third party's computing devices, networks, systems, infrastructure, or the like.
Personal information: Products that contain personally identifiable information or confidential information, such as, but not limited to, credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, account passwords, medical records, employment records, or the like, unless you have prior written consent from the person to whom the information belongs or who is otherwise authorized to provide such consent.
Restricted items: Products that are, or appear to be, restricted by law or regulation, including products that require specific licenses to store or distribute, including, but not limited to, live plants and animals, alcoholic beverages, prescription pharmaceuticals, ammunition and firearms, tobacco, and explosive products.
Self-harm: Products that promote self-harm.
Terrorist organizations: Products that imply or promote support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.
Hazardous Goods — conditional acceptance
Goods that constitute hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or regulated substances under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), IATA, or other applicable regulations — including flammable liquids such as alcohol-based fragrances, aerosols, and lithium batteries — are not accepted by default.
Such goods may be accepted only where:
(a) the client has disclosed them in writing before shipment and provided current Safety Data Sheets (SDS), the applicable UN number and DOT/IATA classification, and any handling, storage or segregation requirements; and
(b) OneDayBundle has confirmed acceptance in writing in advance.
The client's disclosure obligation is absolute and is not affected by any knowledge, assumption or expectation OneDayBundle may have regarding the nature of the goods. Acceptance of any Hazardous Goods is conditional upon complete and accurate disclosure and does not constitute a representation or warranty that our facility, permits or insurance are suitable for any particular class of Hazardous Goods.
Undisclosed or improperly declared Hazardous Goods may be refused, returned at the client's expense, or disposed of in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 677.206(3), and the client is responsible for all resulting fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Amazon API & Amazon Information Acceptable Use Policy (SP-API)
Scope. This section applies to any data accessed, received, stored, or processed through Amazon services and APIs (including Amazon SP-API), including order, shipping, and customer information ("Amazon Information"). For the avoidance of doubt, "Amazon Information" includes Amazon customer personal data (PII).
Permitted Use. We use Amazon Information solely to provide services requested by our business customers, including: fulfillment, shipping, returns processing, customer support related to order fulfillment, and required tax/regulatory compliance. We do not use Amazon Information for any other purpose.
Prohibited Use. We do not, and our customers and users must not:
- use Amazon Information for marketing, advertising, promotional outreach, or solicitation (including requesting or incentivizing product reviews);
- sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise monetize Amazon Information;
- disclose Amazon Information to any third party except as strictly necessary to provide the requested services (e.g., carriers for shipping) or as required by law;
- aggregate, combine, or commingle Amazon Information across different business customers or across different Authorized Users in a way that allows access beyond what is authorized for that specific customer or user;
- use Amazon Information to create or enrich profiles of individuals beyond what is necessary for fulfillment and shipping;
- store or transmit Amazon customer PII via publicly accessible links or public file-sharing settings (including publicly shared Google Drive/Docs/Sheets links) or any other unsecured channel.
Access Controls and Authorization. Access to Amazon Information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems on a need-to-know basis, using least-privilege access controls. Customers must provide authorization for Amazon account/API access using Amazon-approved mechanisms (e.g., delegated access and/or API authorization tokens where applicable) and must not share primary Amazon account credentials (username/password).
Retention and Deletion. We retain Amazon customer PII no longer than thirty (30) days after order delivery, unless a longer retention period is required by law, and then only for that legal purpose. Upon termination of services or upon Amazon request or notice, Amazon Information is deleted in accordance with our Amazon Data Protection and Handling Policy.
Security and Incident Reporting. Amazon Information is protected using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards described in our Amazon Data Protection and Handling Policy. Any suspected or actual incident involving Amazon Information is escalated internally immediately and reported to Amazon within 24 hours as required by Amazon policies.
Order of Precedence. In case of conflict between this section and any other part of this policy, this section governs with respect to Amazon Information and Amazon API usage.
Enforcement
Any violation of this Product Policy voids any implied or express warranties and also violates our Terms. OneDayBundle may, at any time and without notice, remove any products, and/or suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Services, if your products violate the letter or spirit of this Product Policy, and we may also do so if you engage in activities inside or outside of your use of the Services that violate this Product Policy.
Additionally, if your account is permanently limited for violating this Product Policy, you may be barred from future use of OneDayBundle and its services, and you may not be permitted to directly or indirectly open new or additional OneDayBundle accounts on behalf of yourself or others.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any products and your use of our Services at any time for compliance with this Product Policy and our Terms, or any other agreement between you and us governing your use of the Services. We will determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether a violation of this Product Policy has occurred, and any action taken with respect to enforcing this Product Policy, including taking no action at all, will be at our discretion.
If you become aware of any product for which we provide our Services that may violate this Product Policy, please contact us at office [at] onedaybundle [dot] com so that we can review the product, although we are not obliged to take any action on a given product.
