Storage is free for the first 7 days starting from the day after the goods are entered into the WMS (receiving date).
⚠️ Inactive inventory (no outbound shipments for 90+ days) is subject to a 30% surcharge on current rates.
⚠️ Cubic foot storage is subject to a minimum charge of $1.00 per box per month.
The first month of storage is always $15.00 per pallet, regardless of whether the pallet is full or half-full.
The storage invoice is issued once per month, on the last day of the month, based on the total number of full storage days for that month.

By default, the warehouse performs a manual unit count of the contents of cartons during receiving. If, at the client’s request, the warehouse does not perform a manual unit count during receiving — including cases where goods are received based on the invoice or client-provided shipment data, or accepted as sealed cartons or unopened pallets — the warehouse assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the unit quantity recorded in the WMS system.
Товар без сканируемого штрихкода. Каждая продажная единица должна иметь сканируемый штрихкод на внешней стороне. Склад не принимает товар без штрихкода «как есть». Если товар приходит без штрихкода или штрихкод не читается, приёмка идёт по юнитам с обязательным ручным пересчётом, и мы наклеиваем свой внутренний баркод — $0.15 за юнит ($0.30 для oversize/overweight). Приёмка по запечатанным коробкам, по паллетам или по данным клиента (инвойс, shipment data) для такого товара недоступна, и отказ склада от ответственности за количество на такой товар не распространяется.
Каждая вариация товара — размер, цвет, аромат, объём, мультипак — должна иметь свой уникальный штрихкод. Штрихкод на мастер-коробке относится только к коробке и не заменяет штрихкод на юните. Старые и конфликтующие штрихкоды клиент закрывает до отправки, иначе закрываем мы по тому же тарифу.
Что считается штрихкодом. Штрихкод — это машиночитаемый 1D или 2D символ в признанном стандарте: UPC-A, EAN-8, EAN-13, ITF-14, Code 128 (включая Amazon FNSKU), GS1-128, GS1 DataMatrix. Печать тёмным по светлому, без глянца, на плоской внешней поверхности каждой продажной единицы, читается обычным складским сканером без распаковки. Наклейка только с текстом, цифрами, SKU от руки, названием товара, номером партии или QR-кодом на сайт штрихкодом не является. Обрезанные, смазанные, помятые, заклеенные скотчем, закрытые плёнкой или слипом, напечатанные через сгиб или искажённые кривизной упаковки штрихкоды считаются отсутствующими.
Внутренний баркод и маркетплейсы. Внутренний баркод ODB нужен только для идентификации на нашем складе. Это не GTIN, он не заменяет штрихкод производителя и не заменяет Amazon FNSKU. Для отправки на Amazon, Walmart и другие маркетплейсы нужен идентификатор соответствующего destination; FNSKU-маркировка тарифицируется отдельно в блоке Prep Services.
