Florida summers routinely pass 90°F. Our 40,000 sq ft warehouse stays at 68–74°F all year, so capsules don’t stick together, gummies don’t melt and powders don’t clump. Inventory is stored indoors on racks, away from loading dock heat. The warehouse is registered with the FDA, registration number 16758562004.

Lot numbers and expiration dates

We record the lot number and expiration date of every SKU at receiving, and the WMS keeps them with the stock from that moment on. You choose how units are picked: FIFO (first in, first out) or FEFO (first expired, first out). With FEFO, the unit that expires first ships first, so stock does not run out of shelf life while newer units go out ahead of it. Amazon FBA prep for supplements

Amazon is strict with expiration-dated products. Units need at least 90 days of shelf life when they arrive at an Amazon fulfillment center, and units within 50 days of expiration are removed from sale. We check dates at receiving and send Amazon only stock that will pass, with the expiration date printed on each carton in the format Amazon requires. Packing bottles, jars and kits

Glass bottles and jars are packed in triple bubble wrap as standard. We also build subscription boxes, bundles and multi-packs, and add inserts and samples to orders.

What temperature is the warehouse kept at

Ask for the exact range in °F and whether it holds in summer, not only the words «climate-controlled».

Do you record lot numbers and expiration dates at receiving

If dates are entered later or only for some SKUs, short-dated stock will ship by mistake.

Do you pick by FIFO or FEFO

FEFO ships the unit that expires first. Ask whether you can choose per SKU.

How do you prepare supplements for Amazon

Ask how they check Amazon's 90-day rule before stock leaves the warehouse.

Is the warehouse registered with the FDA
